Cable Reels
Spring driven and motorized cable reels for power, signal, data and audio-video transfer. Slip ring with silver or gold contacts, up to 120 A at 380/220 V, 24 power plus 12 signal cores. Standard 20 m, up to 100 m on request.
Food Hose Reel
Reels built entirely from SS316 stainless steel for drinking water and food transfer. Used in beverage plants, food processing facilities, catering kitchens and fish farms. 20 m standard, up to 100 m on request.
Hydraulic Hose Reel
Twin line hydraulic hose reels rated to 400 bar reel working pressure. Used on cranes, hydraulic power units, forklifts and refuse compactors. SAE 100 R2 AT hose, 15 m standard, up to 100 m on request.
Oxygen Acetylene Reels
Twin hose reels for oxygen, acetylene and compressed air in welding and cutting. Used in welding shops, steel plants, shipyards, mining and construction. Fire resistant hose available on request.
Defense Industry Reel
Fiber optic and power cable reels for military applications. Anodized coating, foldable crank handle, geared high torque mechanism, cable guide. Up to 500 m capacity, built entirely to project specification.
Grounding Reels
Static grounding reels for fuel tankers, loading terminals, filling stations and transfer vehicles. Earthing from two separate points, both axle and body. Cable cross section up to 50 mm2, up to 500 m capacity.
Cable Reel and Hose Reel Systems for Industry
Euroreels designs and manufactures hose reels, cable reels and heavy-duty drums at its facility in Kahramankazan, Ankara. Spring driven, manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic motor drive options are available across the range, with capacity up to 500 m and working pressure up to 400 bar.
Bodies are S235JR steel with RAL 7016 powder coating as standard, and fluid paths are stainless steel throughout. Food and marine models are built entirely from SS316. All products carry a 12-month warranty, and production is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

A spring driven reel rewinds automatically using a coiled spring and suits short to medium runs with frequent use. A motor driven reel uses an electric, pneumatic or hydraulic motor with a geared high torque mechanism and a brake, and is used where the run is long, the cable or hose is heavy, or the duty is continuous. Manual crank models are also produced for portable and field applications.
A grounding reel carries a bonding cable and clamp that discharges static electricity during fuel or chemical transfer, preventing sparks at the point of loading. "Grounding reel" is the North American term and "earthing reel" is used in the UK and much of Europe; they describe the same product.
