What We Make
Euroreels manufactures spring-driven, motor-driven and hand-wound reels for cable, hose and grounding applications. Our range includes cable reels, air, water, hydraulic, chemical and oxygen-acetylene hose reels, grounding and earthing reels, genset and shore power reels, and reels for defense industry applications.
Customers can choose from three production routes: a standard catalog model, a standard model modified for the application, or a fully project-based reel developed from the customer's drawing and technical requirements.
Engineering & Custom Design
Reel dimensions and configuration are determined by the application. Drum diameter and width, cable or hose routing, mounting arrangement, connection type and working length can be adapted to the project requirements.
Our engineering and design work is carried out in-house. This allows changes to cable cross-section, hose diameter, working length or mounting configuration to be incorporated into the reel design without depending on an external reel supplier for the engineering stage.
Manufacturing, Materials & Quality
Welding, machining, assembly and painting are carried out at the Kahramankazan manufacturing facility. Standard finish is RAL 7016 powder coating, while selected defense, genset and hand-wound ranges are finished in RAL 7033.
Swivel joints are machined from CuZn37 brass, and stainless steel constructions are available for marine, shipyard and washdown environments. Material and configuration choices are selected according to the operating conditions and project requirements.

Yes. Customer drawings and technical specifications can be used as the basis for project-based reel design and manufacturing. Requirements are reviewed by our engineering team before production.
No. A single reel can be ordered, whether standard or project-based. Quantity may affect the unit price, but there is no fixed minimum order quantity.
Shipments can be arranged under EXW, FCA or CIF terms, depending on the project and destination. The agreed delivery term is stated in the commercial offer.
Depending on the project, documentation may include a dimensional drawing of the delivered reel, user and maintenance instructions, commercial documents and packing documents. Copies of relevant ISO certificates can also be provided upon request.
Yes. Customer visits and supplier audits can be arranged at our Kahramankazan facility by appointment. Audit questionnaires and supplier documentation can be provided as required.
Yes. Euroreels supplies customers in international markets and prepares the required commercial and export documentation for shipments leaving Türkiye. Delivery arrangements are agreed according to the destination and project requirements.
